Unfortunately accidents happen. And should your Audi be damaged in a collision, we want to ensure that you have access to a collision repair facility that meets not only our rigid standards for workmanship, integrity and safety, but also your standards.

Whilst many insurance companies attempt to direct claims towards their own 'recommended repairers', irrespective of their expertise in specific makes of car, it is your right to have your vehicle repaired by the bodyshop of your choice.

Here at North East Audi Accident Repair Centre (formerly Colebrook and Burgess Paint and Body Centre) we use only Audi Genuine Parts that are backed by your vehicle's manufacturer. All our technicians undergo extensive training in the proper use of the Audi factory-approved repair equipment, tools and technologies to ensure the repair meets Audi's exact standards.

We are able to make a full technical evaluation for you, manage your insurance company and subject to availability provide a free courtesy vehicle as well as a collection and delivery service.

Whilst we specialise in Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT and Skoda, we also carry out repairs to all marques including all prestige brands.

In the event of an accident or damage to your vehicle where you are not at fault our Accident Assist programme can take care of all the arrangements.

For minor vehicle damage, our Cosmetic Repair service can provide quick, cost effective repairs.

We can also carry out a range of Lifestyle body modifications to enhance the appearance of your vehicle.

If your car is currently being repaired by us you can check on progress through our workshops by using our Job Tracking facility. Please enter your registration number in the box below. You will then be asked to provide a password - the Job ID that you were given when you booked your car in with us.
