As part of our ongoing commitment to customer care, and as a result of feedback we have received from customers, North East Audi now has an extended Customer Service Team.  Designed to ease the pressure on our increasingly busy After Sales Departments, the new team will be your first point of contact for all service and repair needs, including MoT tests. They can book your vehicle into one of our workshops and organise either a courtesy car or collection and delivery.

The team is available from 7.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays extending the hours of contact, making us more accessible to our customers.
