From 1st July 2010 the Colebrook and Burgess Paint and Body Centre became North East Audi Accident Repair Centre.
Although we have always been part of the North East Audi Group, we have operated under our parent company name for a number of years and this has caused some confusion amongst some of our customers. We hope that by changing our name to North East Audi Accident Repair Centre gives Newcastle Audi customers the reassurance that we are part of the Audi family and with everything that entails in terms of quality, reliability and first class customer service.
The centre is holder of the coveted PAS125 British Kite Mark for quality, reliability, service and the company's commitment to investing in the centre both in terms of state-of-the-art equipment and machinery, as well as by providing an ongoing programme of staff training and development.
It's a common misconception that, if you have an accident you must take your car to the repairer nominated by your insurance company. However, this is not the case - you can take your car to any repair centre you wish without affecting any warranties or guarantees. This means that, if your Audi is involved in an accident, it can be brought to our centre and repaired to its original Audi standard and specification by our specialist team using the correct Audi equipment.
Whilst we specialise in Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT and Skoda, we carry out repairs to all marques including all prestige brands.
We are able to make a full technical evaluation for you, manage your insurance company and subject to availability provide a free courtesy vehicle as well as a collection and delivery service.
In the event of an accident or damage to your vehicle where you are not at fault our Accident Assist scheme can take care of all the arrangements .
For minor vehicle damage, our mobile Cosmetic Repair service can provide quick, cost effective repairs at your home or place of work.
We can carry out a range of Lifestyle body modifications to enhance the appearance of your vehicle.
