Fixed Price Servicing
You expect exceptional service when you take your car to a North East Audi Centre but the bill may seem somewhat unexceptional. Our competitive fixed prices mean that, when it’s time to pay, the only surprise you’ll receive is a pleasant one.

1 Privately owned Audi vehicles over 36 months old from date of registration. Up to and including 2.0 litre engines for A2, A3, A4, A6 and TT. Prices subject to change without notice. Prices include VAT at 17.5% and parts and labour. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Excludes Channel Islands.
2 Offer covers the cost of the MOT test charge. Privately owned Audi vehicles only. Cannot redeemed for cash. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Re-tests will be chargeable. Offer valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Your Audi may be due for a Cambelt change - From 1 September 2009, all vehicles built before model year 2004 should have their cambelts replaced after five years or 75,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Cambelts are a rubber based component and can deteriorate over time, a failure in this component can cause serious damage to your vehicle’s engine, that could cost you thousands to repair.
Making sure your Audi keeps performing to its highest capabilities is important to us, which is why we can offer you the best levels of service and affordability. We are pleased to offer £50 towards the cost of a cambelt change if booked before 31th May 2010.
Alloy wheel refurbishment, 2 wheels for the price of 1
During May 2010, pay £125 for one wheel and we will do another refurbishment free of charge!

Switch to Audi Fixed Servicing - if your car is currently on Audi Variable Servicing you can switch to fixed servicing and save up to £300*. With fixed servicing your car will receive more regular safety checks and spread the cost with a service every 12 months or 10,000 miles.
It’s easy to make the switch. Just speak to one of our advisors when you are in for a service, and we’ll take it from there.*
*In order to complete your variable service cycle as per the manufacturer’s service schedule, a full servicemust be carried out at the point of changing to the fixed Inspection regime. Vehicles that are fitted with a diesel particulate filtermust use LongLife oil but can be on the fixed Inspection regime.
North East Audi Accident Assist
Should you be involved in any accident or need to report any incident, including theft or damage to your vehicle Audi Accident Assist will help you with all aspects of your claim.
We can provide a full Claims Accident Management Service, report to you insurer as required and protect or reduce insurance premium increases. Repairs carried out by our Audi Approved repair centre and we'll even pay the first £50 of your insurance excess!

Body Repairs
Our prestigious Bodyshop in North Shields, with the latest state-of-the-art equipment has the ability to carry out any type of accident repair, meeting the safety and technical standards laid down by your vehicle's original manufacturer.
We also offer a Cosmetic Repair Service. Minor vehicle damage such as bumper scuffs, panel scratches and alloy wheel scrapes - is inevitable during the life of a car. Our Cosmetic Repair Service provides an alternative repair method whilst still maintaining quality standards that you require. It is a quick, cost-effective way to have repairs undertaken.
We will carry out these repairs at any of our 4 North East Audi Centres for your convenience, for instance when your car is booked in for regular servicing or repair work.
